Cashier attempted to scam me, claiming metro is “doing a thing right now” where if you want to activate a new service, you have to get the 5GB plan and refused to activate my service unless I paid for that tier!!! Spoke with corporate after leaving and they apologized, informed me they are not “doing a thing” of any sort like that at this time and walked me through filing a corporate complaint against the authorized dealer (After giving me a month credit and lowering me to the proper tier). You won’t be authorized dealers much longer if you keep this BS up!
