Greensburg, PA: We each got a Samsung Galaxy Light thru Metro PCS in March after it was recommended by a friend. The clerk was very nice & did inform us that we would need to be using Wifi at our home when he looked at the map showing area coverage. We were ok with that – it was only to be when at home afterall. Right from the start we had problems them. We thought it was something we hadn’t set up correctly for the 1st month or so though as we were new to using smart phones. Many dropped calls, text messages never arriving or being received up to 24 hours after it was sent, discovering that we had no phone service when attempting to make a call which meant we had no idea how long it had been that way or if anyone had been trying to call us, having no internet when it said we had 4G right in the notification bar on the phone, ….should I keep going? We’ve put up with this WAAAY too long. We recently took our honeymoon and were eager to browse the internet and plan our trip as we went, but both phones were pretty much only good as a camera 99% of the trip, unless we pulled over and got on a business’s Wifi – granted it didn’t have a password to type in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER CARRIER. Unless this headache is what your looking for
